The UERM HMDP is a comprehensive management program crafted by AIM-SEELL for medical and non-medical managers and leaders of UERM’s hospital and medical school. The program covers six modules in strategic financial management, hospital operations, strategic foresight, corporate innovation, leadership, and marketing. Throughout the program, participants will develop a robust skill set, enabling them to address industry-specific challenges, optimize processes, and implement effective strategies.
