The AIM Career Services Office concluded its second hybrid Career Networking Fair for Social Impact and Resilience last October 25, 2022.
The Career Services Office would like to express gratitude to its event partner, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, and to its sponsors the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, and to the sponsors, the Zuellig Family Foundation, Resilient.PH, and the Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable (ASSIST).
CSO would also like to acknowledge the participating exhibitors: The Energy Regulatory Commission, Generation Hope, Peace and Collaborative Development Network Global (PCDN), Save the Children Philippines, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the World Wide Fund for Nature Philippines (WWF).
The event opened with a message from AIM Career Services Director Jade Galvan who ensured that the CSO is the conduit through which the students meet the organizations that pique their interest enough to contribute to their goals. Prof. Olivier Roche, PhD., School Head of the Stephen Zuellig Graduate School of Development, also expressed his hopes that this event foments the increase in collaborations with social impact organizations.
The participants of the event attended career management sessions where invited alumni discussed career pathways and career success journeys for both MDM and EMDRCM programs. The information sessions were attended by international speakers from the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), Switzerland, Peace and Collaborative Development Network Global (PCDN), Columbia, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Denmark.
It was indeed a delight to have the company partners, students, invited speakers from across the globe, and alumni back whether virtually or on campus. This hybrid event would not have been successful without their generosity and presence.
