MANILA, Philippines – In an ambitious stride towards leadership excellence, Carelon Global Solutions has engaged the School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (SEELL) at the Asian Institute of Management to introduce a transformative program for its Senior Leadership Team. The Carelon Leadership Empowerment and Development (L.E.A.D.) program is a 15-day executive course designed under the inspiring motto "Think Limitless." This program is set to propel Carelon towards its strategic objectives with precision and impact.
Carelon L.E.A.D. is a comprehensive initiative, aligning seamlessly with Carelon's unique organizational dynamics. The program focuses on critical leadership competencies such as coaching, performance management, and strategic thinking, empowering executives to become catalysts for change. The program aims to drive profitability and operational efficiency within the organization with modules designed to accelerate innovation, enhance leadership and execution, promote growth, and foster employee engagement.
During the Memorandum of Agreement signing, Vice President and Chief Country Executive of Carelon, Nicki Agcaoili, highlighted the significance of this partnership. He emphasized the organization's passion for continuous learning and its commitment to nation-building. Agcaoili stated, "It is always good to be in a room full of educators and faculty members. We truly chose the right partner in SEELL, as lifelong learning is essential to us."
He also underscored their dedication to creating job opportunities for Filipinos, noting their growth aspirations to expand their workforce and proudly mentioned that 99% of their leadership is Filipino. Agcaoili shared his vision for an inclusive and empowering work environment where every Filipino associate can bring their authentic selves to work. He highlighted their recent recertification as a Great Place to Work , achieving the highest score for the past four years. "We still have room for improvement, and this partnership is a step towards enhancing our leadership capabilities."
He also touched upon the importance of Filipinos finding their voice in a diverse boardroom setting. "We often find ourselves being the last to speak up, and that needs to change.
