Description

The Acquisition Marketing Supervisor will provide support to the Acquisition Marketing Manager in developing & implementing acquisition campaigns for the assigned school in tandem with the recruitment or business development team and other relevant units.

Education

Any course related to communications (Bachelor’s Degree in BSC-Marketing, advertising, events)

Minimum Experience

Should at least have 3 years working in marketing, accounts / agency, events coordinator (or the likes) department, have experience handling at some point the above job specifications.

Business Understanding

Should be passionate about understanding and learning the business of AIM

Serves as support to the AMM in her/his work as SPOC for IMSG. Attends all meetings with the assigned school (School Head, Recruitment / Business Development team, and other School units) to capture all the marketing requirements of the program.
Provides support in the development of Marketing plans but should be able to handle the execution of campaigns. The Acquisition Marketing Coordinator will work in tandem with the Manager to ensure that approved plans will be executed on time and within budget.
Works with a cross-functional team to execute acquisition campaigns for the school. Monitors campaign performances – if planned customer journey is followed, if target leads are met, if campaign is running within the set budget.
Works with various IMSG units (AMM, Digital Marketing, Corpcom, Brand Development, Marketing Research & Analytics, etc.) to execute and operationalize the plans of the school to ensure on time delivery of the campaigns.
Engages creative and media agencies for creatives development and media planning and implementation, if needed.
