Business Development Manager for Open Enrollment Programs

Description

Manages the business development projects and activities for all assigned OEPs within the School’s overall strategy and growth with the objective of achieving required revenue target.

Education

  • Master’s Degree in Business Management or any sales and marketing programs and Bachelor’s ’Degree preferably in Marketing or Business Management

Minimum experience

  • Minimum 2 years marketing/ sales work experience

Business Understanding

  • Highly literate in Excel/PPT Good presentation skills Excellent in written and verbal communications.
  • Strong in building client relationships.

  • Oversees Business Development and Sales initiatives for SEELL Open Enrollment Programs
  • Produces coordinated annual Business Development Plan for the School incorporating the needs of all scheduled Open Enrollment Courses/ Programs for local and overseas markets
  • Manages the execution of business development and sales activities of the OEP BD Team in close coordination with the Marketing Team to achieve desired revenue target for each OEP
  • Cultivates good working relationship with all stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and sustained growth
  • Coaches and mentors OEP BD team members to ensure their development and growth
  • Promotes the brand and raises professional behavior in all aspects of work.
