Business Process Manager


The Business Process Manager will analyze and evaluate the existing business processes of the Asian Institute of Management. He/ She is tasked to introduce interventions and innovations that would rectify problems, enhance efficiency, and ensure profitability and sustainability of the business.

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business or Project Management or any related field.

Minimum experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in business process management in related industry.
  • Performs analysis and evaluation on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
  • Develops strategies and new initiatives and outlines business process improvements.
  • Coordinates with different departments and stakeholders on the creation of cross-functional teams for the implementation of process improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Tracks, monitors, provides updates, communicate challenges and submits progress reports on ongoing process improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Participates in Budget planning, forecasting, resources allocation, and scheduling process improvement projects.
  • Trains and educates team members involved in the implementation, management, and operation of different business processes.
