Digital Channel Specialist

Develops and executes online communications strategies and efforts for the program and initiatives of the School of Education and Lifelong Learning (SEELL)

Education
- Bachelor’s’ Degree, preferably in fields with strong focus in math and analytics
Minimum experience
- Minimum 4 years in digital marketing role.
- Candidate must know how to work with cross functional teams and engage with senior managers and business leaders
Skills
- Must have intermediate to advance skills in using leading online advertising platforms like Facebook and Google; Familiarity with marketing optimization tools (e.g. Kenshoo, HubSpot, etc.); Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office ® programs; Intermediate skills in Photoshop
- Spearheads and develops the online communications strategy for the various programs of SEELL, in coordination with various program owners and directors, in order to meet lead generation goals.
- Interfaces with in-house creative teams, writers, suppliers and service providers for producing online content and collaterals, as well as in-house development teams for updating the SEELL sections of AIM's online assets, such as the SEELL microsite.
- Ensures timely implementation and cost-efficiency of paid and organic online communication content for the various programs of SEELL.
- Provides post-campaign results to respective project owners and directors with in-depth analysis of online results, together with insights and recommendations on improving future online campaigns.
- Performs monthly competitor checks related to online communication techniques of competitors and other businesses offering Executive Education, and provides accessible, easy to understand reports to the SEELL team.
