The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve the business and campaign initiatives. Ultimately, this role should be able to oversee all digital content initiatives and implementation to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. Duties also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and engagement across all digital platforms: social media, LED, website and future digital formats.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with both technical background in website and social media analytics and demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content Manager, he/she should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. Strategic recommendations by this manager should include Content Optimization Strategy in order to achieve brand consistency and per channel-specific KPIs.
