Preferably, at least a year experience in related field
Organizes and maintains manual and electronic files and records for faculty searches, requests information needed by the department.
Drafts minutes of meetings and correspondences and complies memoranda, reports, letters, confidential documents, files, etc. for documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
Facilitates communication between Department Chairs and members, program staff, and other units as required.
Maintains the calendar and schedule, including schedule of appointments and meetings.
Monitors various Departmental plans, activities and budget expenditures, and prepares spreadsheets.
Handles arrangements for meetings and conferences, and travel and reimbursement requirements of the Department.
Maintains inventory of supplies and materials and ensuring its availability.
