  • Graduate of any 4 year course


  • Preferably, at least a year experience in related field
  • Organizes and maintains manual and electronic files and records for faculty searches, requests information needed by the department.
  • Drafts minutes of meetings and correspondences and complies memoranda, reports, letters, confidential documents, files, etc. for documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
  • Facilitates communication between Department Chairs and members, program staff, and other units as required.
  • Maintains the calendar and schedule, including schedule of appointments and meetings.
  • Monitors various Departmental plans, activities and budget expenditures, and prepares spreadsheets.
  • Handles arrangements for meetings and conferences, and travel and reimbursement requirements of the Department.
  • Maintains inventory of supplies and materials and ensuring its availability.
