Faculty Support Associate

Description

The Faculty Support Unit is expected to primarily provide administrative support to faculty members. He/She is expected to work closely with the faculty and program staff, under the general guidance of the Office the Dean through the Office Coordinator.

Education

  • Graduate of any 4 year course

Experience

  • Preferably, at least a year experience in related field
  • Coordinates faculty schedules and appointments i.e. meetings, teaching sessions, events, and other AIM related engagements and commitments.
  • Handles all communications i.e. fax, mails, email correspondences, phone calls, internal and external queries, and guest relations of the assigned faculty members.
  • Handles AIM related travel requirements/arrangements and reimbursements for meetings and conferences of faculty in coordination with the Office of the Dean.
  • Assists faculty in the preparation of teaching and research materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, collection of online or secondary research materials, etc.
  • Schedules, handles logistical requirements, and takes minutes of the meetings.
  • Maintains records and tracking of office documents in an efficient and orderly manner.
  • Updates faculty curriculum vitae, profile, and web profile in coordination with the Office of the Dean.
  • Maintains inventory of supplies and materials and ensure its availability.
