HR Coordinator


The HR Coordinator administers and coordinates human resource programs in relation to government reportorial requirements, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, safety, employee relations, employee events and timekeeping. The role is responsible to interpret and communicate company human resource policies, guidelines and procedures across all levels of the organization.

  • Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any relevant degree.

Minimum experience

  • Proven relevant track record in employee relations, compensation and benefits, or similar experience in an HR role
  • Experience in HR Information systems

Business Understanding

  • Up to date knowledge of Philippine labor code and talent acquisition strategies
