HR Coordinator – Talent Acquisition and Compensation Human Resource Services

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any relevant degree; Targeted Selection Certified practitioner

Experience

  • Proven relevant track record in talent acquisition and compensation, or similar experience in an HR role.
  • Experience in HR Information systems
  • Responsible for candidate management by ensuring a delightful candidate experience from sourcing up to on-boarding and retention purposes.
  • Acts as the administrator for the OJT or Student Trainee Program of HRS
  • Coordinates Compensation processes like payroll preparation, salary planning, bonus and benefits studies.
  • Coordinates and processes applications for Alien Employment Permit (AEP) and or other similar permits of newly hired employees as part of DOLE requirements
  • Prepares certificates, reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of talent acquisition and compensation functions.
  • Supports employee engagement by providing logistical support to the different employee events and initiatives
