Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any relevant degree; Targeted Selection Certified practitioner
Experience
- Proven relevant track record in talent acquisition and compensation, or similar experience in an HR role.
- Experience in HR Information systems
- Responsible for candidate management by ensuring a delightful candidate experience from sourcing up to on-boarding and retention purposes.
- Acts as the administrator for the OJT or Student Trainee Program of HRS
- Coordinates Compensation processes like payroll preparation, salary planning, bonus and benefits studies.
- Coordinates and processes applications for Alien Employment Permit (AEP) and or other similar permits of newly hired employees as part of DOLE requirements
- Prepares certificates, reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of talent acquisition and compensation functions.
- Supports employee engagement by providing logistical support to the different employee events and initiatives
