Market Research Coordinator

Description

Provides administrative support for market research, designs, and executes surveys, generates reports, and analyzes data culled from the CRM system and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on these data.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Communications Technology, Management, Business Administration, or other similar program

Minimum experience

  • 4 years of relevant experience in market research

Business Understanding

  • Functional areas of Marketing and Information Technology
  • Provides administrative support for research fieldwork including, but not limited to:
    • coordinating and recruiting focus groups respondents
    • managing survey distribution,
    • liaising with respondents and managing their queries,
    • and ensuring swift payment of tokens to research participants
    • sets up, manages, and facilitates research panels
    • liaises with and manages external suppliers to facilitate the delivery of research projects
  • Conducts survey design, fieldwork, and analysis to inform student recruitment and marketing activities
  • Collates, analyzes, and interprets data from a wide range of primary and secondary sources to support the Market Research & Analytics Manager
  • Maintains an up-to-date, online library of market research information
  • Collaborates with internal clients in the development of highly targeted marketing activities by providing data-based insights and proper database segmentation and profiling
  • Generates reports and dashboards for the business, providing recommendations and actionable insights based on data
