Program Associate


The Program Associate, directly reporting to the Program Manager, executes administrative tasks related to the conduct of the [program] classes, academic activities, and events.

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree (degree aligned to the program is highly preferred)

Minimum Experience

  • At least 2 years of work experience in program administration or project management, preferably with experience in customer service or education industry

Business Understanding

  • Program Administration and/or Coordination
  • Facilitate with the Program Coordinator for class management of the program which includes:
    • communication with the faculty, before, during and after every course
    • ensuring that the course outlines are prepared by the faculty and approved by APD / AOL
    • collection of grades from course faculty
    • planned program schedule
    • preparation of venue conducive to the conduct of class activities (or Zoom meeting rooms)
    • checking of attendance; and
    • recording of class participation.
  • Provides administrative support to students and monitoring of submissions and other program requirements and forms to ensure that the needs of the students are accomplished.
  • Ensures complete and timely distribution or uploading of course requirements in learning management platform/s.
  • Initiates the filing of faculty Actual Teaching Sessions (ATS) in the ATS system and Requests for Payment (RFP) reports and other forms.
  • Provides updates to Program Coordinator on the conduct of tasks and activities for the program, in relation to (MBA/EMBA/) goals and objectives.
  • Ensures that all activities, course requirements, and program procedures are in accordance with institutional standards and policies.
