Program Associate

Description

Helps coordinate program management projects and activities within the School’s overall strategy to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 2 years administrative work experience
  • Helps the Program Directors ensure timely and efficient delivery of programs and program-related events
  • Assists in the analysis and forecast of training logistic requirements and recommends ways to improve client’s learning journey and experience
  • Recommends and implements cost-effective solutions to address program and budgetary requirements
  • Submits timely and regular reports to the School Head such as ATS, Evaluation, Post-Mortem, etc.
  • Ensures compliance with FT Ranking requirements
  • Cultivates good working relationship with internal and external clients
  • Implements branding guidelines, promotes the brand and raises professional behavior in all aspects of work.
