Program Associate (Master in Business Administration)

Description

The Program Associate, directly reporting to the School Manager, executes administrative tasks related to the conduct of the Washington SyCip Graduate School of Business-MBA program classes, academic activities and events.

Education

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in program administration or project management, preferably with experience in customer service or education industry.

Business Understanding

  • Program Administration and/or Coordination

Experience

  • Coordinates on schedule and timely collection of course requirements from MBA faculty, i.e. course syllabi, grading sheets, text books and course case studies, capstone requirements, presentations, deliberations, consultations and meetings.
  • Ensures complete and timely distribution or uploading of program and course requirements in available student platforms.
  • Assists faculty in the conduct of classes and other course activities, i.e. preparation of venue conducive to the conduct of class activities, checking of attendance, recording of class participation.
  • Communicates and coordinates with staff or officers across AIM departments in soliciting, consolidating, and monitoring MBA faculty and student records. (i.e., faculty and student profiles, academic records, and other documentary records).
  • Provide updates to the immediate supervisor on the conduct of tasks and activities for the program, in relation to MBA program goals and objectives.
  • Ensures that all activities, course requirements, and program procedures are in accordance with institutional standards and policies.
