The Relationship Manager operationalizes the strategies of the Career Services Office (CSO), establishes and cultivates relationships to facilitate the talent attraction program counseling, recruitment activities.

  • Atleast 5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of account management and marketing, business development, events / project management, and customer service.
  • Crafts and executes business development strategies that would continue to make the CSO competitive and updated in terms of job placement and career development services for our graduating students.
  • Builds and broadens local as well as international corporate partnerships, fosters employer engagement, and facilitates endorsement/recruitment of graduating students
  • Seeks and facilitates participation of industry partners in various career and professional development activities
  • Establishes valuable relationship and trust among students through co-facilitation of one-on-one career coaching sessions as well as group career learning sessions
  • Oversees and assures the team’s productivity and high performance
