Research and Training Associate
Description
The Research and Training Associate shall assist the AIM-SRF TeaM Energy Center for Bridging Leadership on the LEAD-Future Bridging Leaders’ Program (FBLP5) LEAD2- FBLP5.

Education
- Graduate of any social sciences, education or management course
Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in capacity building and training
- Specific experience in developing and successfully implementing courses and Programs in an academic setting preferred.
- Background in leadership and/or social development an advantage.
- Developing content for Center programs and activities (in print, online, and other media) for students’ learning, marketing, promotions and information dissemination, and providing assisting in the management of the platforms where these materials are disseminated; Helping develop and manage Bridging Leadership and other course modules and learning materials in Fellowships, short courses and core or elective class/es in the degree programs;
- In consultation with supervisors and Faculty, preparing and refining designs and plans for trainings, workshops, and seminars of the Center; Coordinating to ensure Faculty and Resource Persons are available to ensure programs offer appropriate expertise; In coordination with program support staff, implementing necessary logistical and secretariat preparations for trainings, workshops, and seminars of the Center;
- Administering and processing training/workshop/course/program feedback evaluation forms; drafting reports and documenting sessions, lessons learned and recommendations.
- Contributing to the continuous knowledge management, research, and innovation of training content, processes and methodologies of the Center; making sure that the training materials and capacity of the Center is up-to-date with the demands of Public Programs and other key Programs within the organization; Other Tasks that the Training Coordinator/Associate Director/Executive Director may assign.
