Student Experience Manager


The Student Experience Manager has overall responsibility for developing and maintaining a positive student experience for all students of the Institute.  Plans, implements, administers and evaluates all non-academic student programs and services aimed at contributing to a meaningful student experience. Responds and resolves student affair issues. Participates in the development of the organization’s framework, policies and procedures.

  • Master’s degree holder in Management, Educational Administration or Student Services
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Education or any related field

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in admissions, student affairs or registrarship work in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Exposure with international students is an advantage


  • Proficient in MS OFFICE and web-based applications. Has excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Flexible and can handle students of diverse cultures
  • Ensures that the overall student experience meets the mission and vision of the Institute.
  • Prioritizes the care, welfare and safety of students.
  • Reviews, develops and implements, policies, guidelines or procedures concerning the student experience.
  • Acts as student advocate and collaborate with other units to resolve issues affecting the student experience.
  • Aligns student demands and expectations with the mission and vision of the Institute.
  • Designs and implements programs or activities that will cater to the various needs and interests of a multicultural and international student body.
  • Oversees the accreditation of student clubs and the election of its officers.
  • Oversees the administration, logistics, monitoring and reporting of student activities. 
  • Assesses and evaluates effectiveness of the Institute’s student services in general. 
  • Establishes public relations with the private sector, government agencies, and non-governmental organization in support of student-related activities.
  • Establishes linkages or partnerships with admission, registrar, student affairs or other relevant offices of other academic institutions.
  • Ensures that the Institute’s policies and procedures pertaining to student affairs are compliant to national or local regulations.
  • Assists the Registrar in the preparation of official reports on student activities and demographics.
  • Assists the Registrar in the preparation of accreditation requirements of the Institute.
  • Manages the integration of the functional areas of the office, namely; Registration and Student Affairs.
  • Consult and collaborate with the Institute’s crisis response team, legal counsel, or other units and outside agencies during emergencies concerning students of the Institute.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
