Student Recruitment Coordinator


The Recruitment Coordinator handles the marketing and recruitment activities of the Institute to get students for degree programs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course, MBA or post graduate degree in Human Resource or other relevant field is an advantage

Minimum experience

  • Minimum three years’ experience in recruitment, business development, sales, direct marketing, and/or relationship management.
  • Assists in the effective planning, developing, and coordination of marketing and recruitment events for degree programs.
  • Assists in the implementation of customer-focused strategies to enhance seamless marketing and recruitment processs and activities.
  • Spearheads recruitment and marketing activities.
  • Acts as the primary contact for all marketing and recruitment related activities/opportunities.
  • Tracks and maintains records of all contacts and prepares reports when needed.
  • Responsible for achieving the enrollment target through conversion of leads/prospects to enrollees.
