The philosophy that underpins our course is that coaching focuses on empowering people to arrive at their own solutions to a problem. Our introductory program is aimed at leaders and managers of any level who are responsible for developing staff performance and potential. We aim to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and techniques to become effective workplace coaches.
During the period between the phases, participants will be expected to conduct real coaching sessions in the workplace with colleagues, and record their experiences in their learning journals.
In the second phase, participants will have the opportunity to share these experiences confidentially and learn from the experiences of others as well.
The philosophy that underpins our three-day course is that coaching focuses on empowering people to efficiently arrive at solutions to problems that come up in the workplace. Participants will learn coaching techniques and strategies to engage their peers, establish rapport and trust, and generate solutions that enhance staff performance and maximize potential.
