Description

The Career Advisor ensures seamless execution of CSO events and activities that fosters engagement and learning for students and industry partners.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Program.

Minimum experience

  • 3 years of experience in or equivalent combination of experience in events management, project management, recruitment, job placement, learning and development, career counseling or coaching and/ or relevand industry experience.
  • Executes existing and new career strategies particularly placement drives.
  • Creates and recommends changes as well as improvements to events and counseling procedures, processes, and promotional materials
  • Maintains relationships with the appropriate industries to support career management sessions and placement activities.
  • Fosters good relationship and trust among students through the co – facilitation of one-on-one coaching sessions and group career learning sessions.
  • Works closely with students, schools and other AIM units to ensure events and counseling requirements are delivered on time.
