Asian Institute of Management

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) welcomes applications from talented educators looking to fill faculty positions, open rank, in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and HR/Leadership.

Applicants should have a doctoral degree in a relevant field; have a track record in teaching and research; demonstrate commitment to high-quality teaching and scholarship; have the ability to publish in top-tier peer-reviewed journals; and be able to work productively and cooperatively with students, staff, and faculty members.

Successful applicants will be expected to maintain a program of scholarly research and publication while contributing to their Department's teaching program. The full position descriptions are attached.

Teaching in AIM will sharpen the successful applicants' use of the case method, expose them to teaching experienced graduate students, and provide them opportunities to work with seasoned business practitioners.

AIM is the Asian pioneer in management education. Since it was founded in 1968 by the Harvard Business School, academics, and prominent business leaders of the Philippines, AIM has been committed to contributing to sustaining the growth of Asian businesses and societies by developing professional, entrepreneurial, and socially responsible managers and leaders.

AIM's 42,000-strong alumni profited from its practitioner-based education offered through the Washington SyCip Graduate School of Business and the unique development management education provided by the Zuellig School of Development Management. AIM alumni occupy key positions in business, state, and development organizations all over the world.

While AIM is based in the Philippines, its clientele are in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Greater Mekong area. AIM is the first school in Southeast Asia to achieve accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

Interested applicants may send their curriculum vitae, including teaching experience, professional management experience (if any), publications, and publications in progress, along with the names and contact details of three professional or academic referees to officeofthedean@aim.edu

AIM is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from educators who will enhance the diversity of the Institute.
