School Manager

Description

The School Manager provides the overall administration and effective management of the School. S/he ensures that the programs will run smoothly and addresses issues/cases that needed special attention.

Education

  • Completed MBA or MA in any related course. 

Experience

  • Minimum Experience: At least six (6) years managerial experience preferably in the education industry; Previous experience in project management / coordination role is an advantage.
  • Leads and works with the Program Managers and initiates action to ensure school/program deliverables are strategically and efficiently executed.
  • Ensures effective planning, development, collaboration and implementation of initiatives/projects/deliverables within the school and other departments.
  • Confers and updates School Head and the different Academic Program Directors on program activities (i.e., program faculty requirements, program events, etc.) and student cases (i.e., special needs of students, liaising with students on program concerns, etc.).
  • Communicates and coordinates with other School Managers and Departments across the organization regarding programs, services and other initiatives that would enhance academic and student experiences.
  • Develops and standardizes School’s policies and procedures that ensure that programs’ activities, systems, and procedures, are in accordance with institutional standards and policies.
