School Manager


Reporting directly to the School Head, the School Manager shall be responsible in overseeing the overall administration of the Stephen Zuellig Graduate School of Development Management.

  • Master’s degree in Business Management, International or Development Studies, or similar or related course.


  • Ten years of full-time, related work experience obtained in similar or related settings (at least 3 of which should be in a managerial capacity).
  • Overall administration of the School and administrative oversight on the ZSDM team.
  • Collaborates with various units within AIM in ensuring MDM and EMDRCM program visibility and to cultivate and steward ZSDM donors, partners, and contacts.
  • Contributes to improving the cost operating effectiveness of ZSDM. Monitors, reviews and reports on the program and admin budgets.
  • Streamlines processes related to school administration, program and project management, and events management and execution. Continuously oversees the overall processes at ZSDM
  • Serves as lead project manager in ZSDM projects and collaborates with various internal units and/or external project partners on projects including blueprinting, website development, business competitions, conferences, hackathons, et al
