Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager

Description

The Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager will plan and lead the execution of recruitment strategies for the different programs of the Schools. Leading a team of Recruitment Coordinators, s/he will ensure the implementation of strategies and achievement of enrollment targets.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course.

Minimum experience

  • At least five (5) years of proven success on managerial experience in the academic industry
  • Leads and manages the delivery and continuous development of an effective recruitment and admissions services that would enable achievement of enrollment targets.
  • Develops and implements recruitment and admission processes in accordance with the policies and standards of the Asian Institute of Management.
  • Ensures the provision of a customer focused service to applicants and enquirers, prompt processing of applications and queries to meet agreed targets for the different programs.
  • Plans, organizes, and supervises implementation of recruitment projects and events. Ensures accurate and updated information on recruitment and admission-related collaterals.
  • Builds strong relationships with other AIM programs and departments, and external recruitment partners such as local government units, alumni, and industry partners.
  • Collaborates with the different School Recruitment and Admissions Managers other departments and stakeholders in developing and improving admissions and scholarship programs and processes.
  • Develops and monitors annual office budget and ensures cost efficient delivery of services.
  • Represents the Institute during on/off-campus recruitment events.
