Student Recruitment and Admissions Supervisor

Description

The Student Recruitment Supervisor, directly reporting to the Student Recruitment Sr. Supervisor, in charge of executing, monitoring, and evaluating student recruitment for degree programs through counselling, phone calls, in-person appointments, B2B engagements, recruitment and demand generation events. Work closely with the Student Sr. Supervisor and Student and Admissions Manager in execution of devised strategies so that all programs are run and flawlessly executed.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communication;

Minimum experience

  • Minimum two (2) years relevant experience in Recruitment/Business Development
  • Execute and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing and recruitment activities for assigned program.
  • Acts as the first touch base of prospects. Qualify, nurture, and close prospects to a successful applicant.
  • Serves as the secondary contact for all recruitment related activities both internal and external for the assigned program.
  • Achieve enrollment targets by working closely with the recruitment team and program team and providing counselling to prospects and partners.
  • Track and maintain all contact and prepare reports, analytics, demographics, of student recruited for the program.
