Student Experience Supervisor
DESCRIPTION
The Student Experience Coordinator is responsible for the administration, coordination, and monitoring of activities and services that would provide meaningful and positive experiences to students. Will work closely with the students, program staff, and various stakeholders to ensure that welfare of the students are promoted, and their needs are met.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Educational Administration or Student Services
Minimum Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in admissions, student affairs or registrar work; exposure with international students is an advantage Business Understanding: Functional areas of Marketing and Finance
- Prioritizes the care, welfare, and safety of students
- Acts as a student advocate and collaborates with other units to resolve issues affecting student’ experience
- Implements policies, guidelines or procedures concerning student experience
- Implements programs or activities that will cater to the various needs and interests of a multicultural and international student body
- Coordinates with the officers of the Student Association and student clubs in organizing and conducting student activities
Works with Student Experience Manager and other key personnel in the preparation of official reports on student activities and demographics
