The international business school in the Philippines
that’s shaping Asia’s future
For students exploring international programs in business, management, and data science, the choice of institution matters as much as the degree itself. The Asian Institute of Management has spent over 50 years building one of the most respected business schools in Asia — a place where rigorous academics, real-world case methodology, and a deeply connected alumni network converge to produce leaders who go on to shape industries, governments, and communities across the region.
Founded in 1968 through Philippine academic institutions, prominent business leaders, and the Harvard Business School Advisory Group, the Asian Institute of Management was built with a singular purpose: to develop professional and business leaders for Asia.
That mission has never changed. It is the first institution in Southeast Asia with AACSB accreditation — a distinction held by fewer than 6% of business schools worldwide — and is a proud member of the Global Network for Advanced Management. The country is not just a backdrop — it is part of the education. The Philippines sits at the crossroads of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing economies, making it one of the most compelling destinations for business study-abroad programs in the region. At the Asian Institute of Management, that environment is woven into the curriculum through case studies drawn from Asian markets, faculty with direct industry experience, and a student body that brings perspectives from across the globe.
For international students, this premier business school in Asia offers more than academic credentials. It offers proximity to the decisions, relationships, and market realities that define leadership in the region — and a network of over 40,000 alumni who are already driving that regional success.
