  • Ran Leadership and Teambuilding workshops as Certified Instructor of the SYMLOG Consulting Group in San Diego, California and the Exceptional Management Practices Program of the Forum Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts.
  • Founder-Director of AIM’s MSc.in Innovation and Business Program (MIB-STEAM), Executive MBA Program (EMBA), and Master in Management Program (MM), Executive Director of the Zuellig Center for Asian Business Transformation, and Associate Dean of AIM’s MBA Program.
  • Developer and Director of AIM’s first Assurance of Learning (AOL) system; guided faculty teams in implementing AOL in all degree programs.

Evaluated management cases as International Reviewer in the Xavier Institute of Management Center for Case Research (XIMB-CCR India, since 2009) Supervised 20 management cases from 11 APEC economies: Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Chinese Taipei, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam; co-authored two Synthesis papers (with Prof. Etsu Inaba of IIST, Japan) and conducted Pilot Workshops in 2010 and 2012 for the published APEC–HR Working Group case books on:

  • Strategic Intellectual Asset Management (SIAM) for Emerging Enterprises: Capacity Building for Successful Entry to the Global Supply Chain and
  • Strengthening HRM System of SMEs for Facilitating Successful Trade and Investment in APEC
  • Supervised a case on Case Method Teaching at AIM: “Professor Lorenzo and the No Questions Class (A), (B) and (C)”, 2013
  • Developed and taught a strategic management and leadership case with Prof. Etsu Inaba of IIST Japan for AIM’s Takeda Pharmaceuticals Company, Ltd.

Supervised 5 of 12 cases and notes in the case collection on Transformational Strategy for Hospitals and Health Care Organizations of the Zuellig Center for Asian Business Transformation in 2015 – 2016.
