Let us shape the future of Philippine business and society post COVID-19.

The country continues to suffer from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and there is an urgent need to address the prevailing dire economic and humanitarian situation. The objective is to hit the ground running as soon as the ECQ is eased or lifted.

To help shape the emerging landscape of Philippine business and society, the Asian Institute of Management calls on all college and graduate level students in the Philippines to form teams of 2-4 members and participate in a hackathon on Restarting Philippine Business and Society after COVID-19.

Teams can select which of these three challenges to hack:

1) Food Security
2) Jobs and the Future of Work
3) Support for Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs)

The hackathon proper will run from April 27 to May 10, 2020.

We need innovative yet practical solutions using science and technology to address the challenges.  One winner per challenge will be selected and the winners will receive PhP50,000 per team.

Interested applicants should visit https://go.aim.edu/bayanihan to register and view the hackathon details.

Registration period is from April 17-23, 2020.
