President and Dean Dr. Jikyeong Kang recently met with the Asian Institute of Management Alumni US East Coast Chapter.
During the gathering hosted by Class of 1979 alumnus and Triple A awardee Marlon Young on October 30 in New York City, Dr. Kang updated the group on the institute's growth and sustainability efforts.
The group paid tribute to AIM’s beloved founder Washington Sycip who passed away a few weeks before.
World renowned for its thought leadership and management education programs designed for the Asian context, AIM is ramping up access to skills development in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Kang spoke to the East Coast AIM alumni about the Institute’s history of championing the principles of social responsibility and ethical governance, and shared its participation in the United Nations PRME (principles of responsibility in management education). She also spoke about exciting development plans for the campus and the various events slated to commemorate AIM's golden anniversary in 2018.
