Puhon: A Ben & Ben Online Benefit Concert for COVID-19 Initiatives

The AIM TeaM Energy Center for Bridging Leadership is co-organizing Puhon: A Ben&Ben Online Benefit Concert to help organizations and frontliners purchase personal protective equipment,  COVID-19 testing kits and relief goods for daily wage workers. Through their crowdfunding platform puhon.ph, Ben&Ben aims to “bring people together to combat COVID-19 in the Philippines by providing a timely and coordinated response to affected communities, and by building a network of courage and inspiration through stories and music.” 

This is the brainchild of Paulo Guico, the lead vocalist of Ben&Ben who is a Bridging Leadership Fellow of the pioneer cohort of the Center’s Future Bridging Leaders Program (FBLP).

Funds generated from puhon.ph will directly go to One Nation Against COVID-19 Project, The University of the Philippines-Manila National Institutes of Health, Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, CDO COVID Donation Drive, and PantawidCovid Project, a relief response organized by Bridging Fellow Patrick Manuel, among others.
