Digital Marketing Supervisor

Description

The Digital Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for managing the overall presence of AIM across digital platforms and websites. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in performance marketing and reporting, SEO and SEM, analytics, lead generation, organic content, and community management to achieve business objectives.

Education

  • Any degree related to marketing, advertising, commerce, management, and communications

Minimum experience

  • At least 3 years, hands-on experience in digital marketing – preferably working in multinational advertising agencies.

Business Understanding

  • Should be passionate about understanding and learning the business of AIM

Website ownership and management

  • Website page updates: create, edit, and delete website content and pages
  • SEO and SEM: keyword research and management of on-page, off-page, and local SEO
  • Monitoring and reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report website performance results
  • Integration: Management of functions (google tags and events, API integrations, UTM, plugins, etc.)
  • Website troubleshooting

Digital channels ownership and management

  • Performance marketing: Implementation, delivery, monitoring, analysis, and real time calibration of paid ads
  • Performance reporting: Page and ads performance
  • Content management: Timely posting of organic content
  • Social Media and Community management: Monitor conversations and maximize chatbot
  • Lead generation: integration of leads collected with CRM platform
  • Cross-platform integration
  • Troubleshooting

CRM utilization

  • Monitoring and reporting: Maximize the information provided in the CRM platform as additional reference for performance reporting
