Description
The Student Recruitment Sr. Supervisor handles the marketing and recruitment activities of the Institute to get students for degree programs.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course, MBA or post graduate degree in Human Resource or other relevant field is an advantage.
Minimum experience
- At least three (3) years’ experience in Recruitment, Business Development, Sales, Direct Marketing, and/or Relationship Management
- Execute and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing and recruitment activities for assigned program.
- Acts as the first touch base of prospects. Qualify, nurture, and close prospects to a successful applicant.
- Serves as the secondary contact for all recruitment related activities both internal and external for the assigned program.
- Achieve enrollment targets by working closely with the recruitment team and program team and providing counselling to prospects and partners.
- Track and maintain all contact and prepare reports, analytics, demographics, of student recruited for the program.
