The Master in Innovation and Business (MIB) 2024 students of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) clinched the first place at the IXL 2024 Innovation Olympics Winter Cycle held from 8 February to 22 March 2024.

With competitors from Arizona State University, Indian Institute of Management Lucknow India, and Santa Catarina Brazil, the AIM team, dubbed "Innovation Movers," emerged victorious, showcasing their innovation and strategic thinking skills.  

The Innovation Movers, comprising six members—Melody Tolisora, Jedessa Leyte, Madel Mirano, Gracielo Gaño, Arjessel Bacelona, and Valerie Estares—demonstrated outstanding teamwork and creativity throughout the rigorous competition. 

Teams were tasked with addressing real innovation and growth issues faced by senior executives from companies, putting their business knowledge and problem-solving skills to the test. 

The culture of innovation and collaboration of AIM is evident through the Innovation Movers' achievement, highlighting the potential for individual and collective success.  

The AIM community extends its congratulations to the Innovation Movers for their remarkable achievement. Their victory serves as a testament to the caliber of talent and academic excellence nurtured within AIM and reinforces the Institute's commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. 

The IXL Innovation Olympics is an action learning program offered quarterly by the IXL Center and the Global Innovation Management Institute. It challenges business school students worldwide to integrate their business knowledge and solve real innovation and growth issues for senior executives from companies.
