Human Resource Associate: Benefits (Project Based)

Description

The Human Resource Associate (Benefits) is responsible for administering and monitoring government mandated and company-initiated benefits.

Education: Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communication or related field 

Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of working experience with compensation and benefits administration

  • Ensures that benefits policies and procedures are properly implemented. 

  • Processes and monitors employees’ availment of government mandated and company-initiated benefits. 

  • Processes enrollment report of new hires to Philhealth, BIR and Pagibig. 

  • Evaluates/processes employees’ equity loan applications as well as SSS salary loan and Pag-ibig Multi-purpose loan applications. 

  • Drafts and issues advisories/announcements and conduct counseling and orientation sessions to improve employee’s knowledge on benefits. 

  • Prepares various reports and surveys relative to benefits and service providers. 

  • Maintains and updates accurate benefits databases. 

  • Formulates and revises benefits policies, as needed. 

  • Assists in HR initiated events such as general assembly and special projects as needed.
