Business Development Manager

Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for building and developing business goals and relationships. Ensures implementation of plans and achievement of revenue targets in accordance with SEELL objectives and strategy.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field. 

Experience

  • At least 5 years in marketing/sales function, or in project management with strong focus on marketing or sales.
  • Must have experience directly managing a team and working with cross functional teams and engage with senior managers and business leaders.
  • Manages the Business Development Unit of SEELL and oversees the implementation of development plans and strategies to ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • Develops a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction and discusses promotional strategies with the Marketing Department.
  • Builds and fosters good working relationship with new and current clients to ensure repeat engagements and sales
  • Draws up business plans in respond to client needs. Understands business pains and market opportunities.
  • Sets growth goals, and training and development plans for the entire Business Development Team.
  • Works closely with Program Managers and other departments. Promotes the SEELL and AIM brand and raises professional behavior in all aspects of work.
