Career Services Associate

Description

The CSO Associate handles the day-to-day administrative operations of the department. He/she oversees the logistical management of training and development workshops, recruitment presentations and student briefing sessions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields, preferably Office/Business Administration.

Minimum experience

  • At least 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience in admin operation or events management.
  • Helps and support the CSO Leaders in managing the CSO calendar of events and activities including company presentations, career management sessions, workshops as well as placement activities.
  • Ensures prompt processing of payment requests and payment to vendors, suppliers and trainers.
  • Oversees the logistical management of office events online or on and off campus.
  • Recommends changes as well as improvements to events and counseling procedures, processes, and promotional materials. Maintains completeness of data and thoroughness of documentations.
  • Executes existing and new career strategies particularly analytics for placement drives, scheduling or appointments/meetings and events.
  • Manages, maintains and reports all platform and survey related matters and outcomes necessary for the production of placement outcome.
