Frequently asked questions:
What time is check-out?
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out up to 6:00 PM is subject to a 50% charge of the daily room rate. A full day’s rate applies after 6:00 PM. Please contact the Front Desk to arrange late check-out.
Is parking available?
- Yes. Complimentary basement parking is available for in-house guests. Kindly present your car park ticket at the Reception Desk for validation.
Do you offer printing services?
Yes. Printing rates are:
- Black & White: Php 10.00 per page
- Colored: Php 15.00 per page
Can transportation be arranged?
- Yes. Transportation within Metro Manila can be arranged by contacting the Front Desk at least 48 hours in advance.
Rates (nett, one-way):
- 4-Seater Sedan: Php 2,000
- 6-Seater Innova: Php 2,800
- 9-Seater Van: Php 3,100
- 15-Seater Coaster: Php 22,000
For trips outside Metro Manila, please contact the Front Desk for availability and quotation.
Do you offer laundry and dry cleaning services?
- Yes. Please dial 2144 for assistance.
- Laundry items received before 9:00 AM are returned the next day (12:00 NN–8:00 PM)
- Dry cleaning items received before 9:00 AM are returned after two days
- Laundry bags are located in your cabinet. A garment steamer is available upon request.
Is there a swimming pool?
- Yes. The pool is located on the Ground Level and is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. For inquiries, please contact Reception.
Is room service available?
- Yes. Room Service is available daily from 6:15 AM to 9:00 PM.
Where can I get coffee or light refreshments?
- Visit Pancho Café, located on the Ground Level and open 24/7, serving creative blends and refreshments.
