Scholarship and Financial Aid Supervisor
DESCRIPTION
The Scholarship and Financial Aid Supervisor is directly responsible for processing scholarship and loan applications. They coordinate with the recruitment team to present deserving applicants for approval and support the Loans and Scholarship Committee in the review and deliberation of nominations.
Education
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum Experience
- At least 3 years of work experience, including 1–2 years in Sales Operations or a related function. Experience in student recruitment is an advantage.
Build a network of scholarship partners
- Support the strategy of the Recruitment Manager for Scholarships and Partnerships by helping initiate and maintain relationships with selected organizations that contribute to student recruitment and enrollment goals.
Administration and Management of Scholarships and Loan Applications
- Assist applicants in completing requirements for scholarship and loan applications.
- Draft nomination materials for review by the Loans and Scholarship Committee.
- Coordinate with the Office of the Registrar to document scholarship and loan awards.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to support the allocation of scholarships and loans from the SRF and/or institution.
Sales Data Reporting
- Use the identified CRM platform to accurately record, track, and manage assigned activities.
- Participate in the conduct of the Last Intake Assessment (LIA) after enrollment closes.
