Project Brief:

AIM continues to upgrade and enhance its facilities to support the Institute’s evolving requirements and its commitment to delivering innovative and high-quality education. An existing area will be converted into a new hybrid caseroom and flatroom. The project will also include improvements to the overall look, feel, and functionality of the area to create a more modern and engaging learning environment. 

Estimated Area: 300 sqm

Minimum Qualifications for Bidders: 

• At least 10 years of experience as a contractor, with demonstrated experience in constructing classrooms, offices, or similar facilities 
• Valid PCAB license 
• A certified and qualified Project-in-Charge and Safety Officer 

Estimated Project Start Date: October 30, 2026

Target Completion Date: March 31, 2027
