Assurance of Learning Associate
DESCRIPTION
The Assurance of Learning Associate supports the Learning Development Team in enhancing curriculum quality and promoting continuous improvement in the Institute’s degree programs. The role works closely with managers and program teams to support assessment initiatives and ensure that teaching practices align with academic quality standards.
The role also manages the administrative processes for Assurance of Learning (AOL), including program, course, and faculty evaluations. It monitors compliance with AOL requirements and coordinates meetings and activities related to assessment and other academic initiatives.
Education: Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
Minimum Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in administrative or technical support
Job Specifications
- Handle administrative processes and documentation for Assurance of Learning (AOL), as well as program, course, and faculty evaluations using an online survey platform (Qualtrics).
- Ensure program and faculty compliance with AOL standards in course outlines and teaching materials.
- Work collaboratively with the Learning Development Managers and the School’s respective program teams to create awareness and understanding of how assessment outcomes and evaluation methods affect classroom teaching and student learning.
- Organize and facilitate meetings and activities related to AOL and other special events.
- Liaise with other units on various Office of the Dean concerns and requirements related to program/curriculum development and other related activities.
