Creatives and Multimedia Senior Supervisor

DESCRIPTION

The Creatives and Multimedia Senior Supervisor is responsible for developing and delivering high-impact visual and multimedia content that advances the Institute’s brand, marketing, and communication goals. The role demonstrates advanced creative judgment, technical expertise, and independent problem-solving across design, video, and motion graphics, taking ownership of complex and high-visibility projects. The Senior Supervisor ensures that creative outputs are strategically aligned, visually compelling, and executed to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Creatives and Multimedia Manager, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders, the role contributes to expert-level creative execution that strengthens the institutional visibility and engagement.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related creative field

EXPERIENCE

  • 4–6 years of experience in multimedia content creation, demonstrating advanced creative and technical capability
  • Agency, in-house marketing, or higher education experience preferred

  • Understands how to translate creative briefs into outputs that strengthen AIM’s brand, campaigns, and institutional reputation

Creation of Creative Materials

  • Design and develop marketing and institutional materials such as posters, social media assets, digital ads, banners, presentations, and print collaterals aligned with AIM’s brand identity and communication standards
  • Conceptualize and produce motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns, social media, and institutional presentations

  • Interpret creative briefs and recommend design approaches that enhance visual storytelling and brand consistency
  • Keep current with design and multimedia trends, platform standards, and emerging technologies to sustain creativity and relevance

Content Production

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for institutional campaigns, interviews, and events, handling concept development, storyboarding, filming, and post-production with minimal supervision
  • Manage end-to-end multimedia production, ensuring outputs meet aesthetic, technical, and brand standards
  • Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot photography and video equipment to support smooth and timely production

Coordination and Teamwork

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Academic Units, working collaboratively with writers and marketing leads to clarify creative requirements, align timelines, and deliver cohesive, brand-aligned outputs that meet communication objectives
  • Provide creative and technical input to peers and collaborators to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned outputs
  • Provide insights to the Creatives and Multimedia Manager on workflow efficiency and creative process improvement

Post-Production and Archiving

  • Perform advanced photo and video editing, retouching, and formatting to ensure polished, brand-aligned outputs
  • Manage and maintain the systematic organization, labeling, and preservation of multimedia assets to maintain a high-quality archive for institutional use
  • Uphold file management protocols to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and version control
