CSO Associate (Insights Management)
DESCRIPTION
The CSO Associate (Insights Management) provides direct, hands-on support for the day-to-day operations of the Insights Management function, performing data entry, cleaning, and initial analysis; maintaining databases and career resources; and delivering front-line student and stakeholder support.
The role is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of operational data (student, employer, and program outcomes), as well as administrative and logistical coordination for career assessments, vendor requirements, and documentation.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, data, or student services role, preferably in an educational setting
Certifications/Other Technical Competencies
- Working proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Canva, and Google Forms
- Ability to learn new systems (e.g., Symplicity, CareerOS, Kuder, CaseCoach, and Virtual Internships) as required
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date databases of student, employer, and program outcome data across relevant systems, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Perform data entry, cleaning, extraction, and initial analysis for employment surveys, trackers, dashboards, and external reporting requirements.
- Prepare trackers, infographics, and CSO webpage content updates; monitor and update online postings; and respond to CSO Helpdesk user concerns.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for vendor coordination, contract/MOA/MOU notarization and filing, and monitoring of office supplies and event materials for CSO programs.
- Compile feedback and survey results; contribute to knowledge management through organized documentation, FAQs, and other informational resources.
- Prepare routine analytical reports for CSO subunits; support user account setup, troubleshooting, and system usage monitoring.
- Prepare and monitor student- and employer-facing email/communication campaigns and compile basic engagement analytics.
- Participate in assigned cross-functional projects with other AIM Departments.
