Executive Director

DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the School Head, the Executive Director is responsible for managing and overseeing successful day-to-day school operations by implementing business strategies and priorities, providing direction, coaching and guidance to teams of employees and managing the overall administration of the School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning.

Education: Completed an MBA or MA in Business Management or any related course.

Minimum Experience: At least 10 years of proven success on a senior level of experience in management of people and resources in a business, consulting or the academic industry.

Business Understanding: With high level of strategic thinking, business and Program Management, strong Business awareness and acumen

  • Collaborates with the School Head in determining, driving, and pursuing strategic partnerships, major business growth and expansion initiatives with industry associations, external providers, partners and educational institutions in and outside the Philippines
  • Provides vision and leadership to managers and staff of the School for Executive Education and Lifelong Learning. Responds and act on escalated issues or cases that need urgent attention
  • Creates business and budget plans including staffing and resources needed. Manages resources including attracting and retention of personnel. Manage and report on effective implementation of business strategies while monitoring efficacy and progress
  • Works closely with the School Head in ensuring the delivery of programs through coordination and collaboration with key personnel, faculty and student engagements and partnership with different departments, organizations, and stakeholders 
  • Oversees the development, and implementation of School policies that would set employees to embrace a culture of excellence, continuous learning and growth mindset that propels individual and team success
  • Drive the accreditation of SEELL in the Fortune50 executive education segment, either in open enrollment or custom category
