Student Recruitment and Admissions Associate – Leads Engagement and Events Management
DESCRIPTION
The Student Recruitment and Admissions Associate support the validation and conversion of leads/inquiries to applications, and ultimately to enrollees. They engage with leads, respond to their queries, assist with their needs so they can proceed with their application. They also provide administrative support to the Recruitment Teams in mounting recruitment events to achieve the Institute’s enrollment targets.
Education
- Any bachelor’s degree
Minimum Experience
- A total of 3 years of work experience in administrative functions. Experience in the education sector is preferred but not required.
Leads Validation
- Assist in reaching out to leads/prospects in a timely manner, as guided by the team Record activities accurately in the CRM platform Provide data or updates when requested by the team
Leads Engagement
- Provide logistical and administrative support for recruitment and nurturing activities, as assigned Participate in MRG activities when needed
Leads Validation
- Use the CRM platform to log assigned activities. Assist in the Last Intake Assessment (LIA) under the direction of senior team members.
