Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager
DESCRIPTION
The Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager is responsible for leading recruitment initiatives and executing sales strategies to attract, engage, and enroll qualified students. The role contributes directly to achieving the Institute’s enrollment targets and sustaining its reputation for academic excellence through effective recruitment and admissions management.
EDUCATION
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Certificate training in Sales, Negotiation, or related fields is an advantage
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role in Sales
- A total of 5–7 years of work experience
- Experience in student recruitment is an advantage
Business Understanding
- Basic understanding of sales funnel management and student recruitment
- Familiarity with the Philippine education landscape; regional exposure is a plus
Student Recruitment
- Manage the delivery and implementation of recruitment and admissions services to help achieve enrollment targets.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment projects and events. Implement recruitment and admissions processes in line with Institute policies and standards.
- Ensure responsive, customer-focused service to applicants and enquirers, with timely processing of queries and applications. Represent the Institute at on- and off-campus recruitment events.
Academic and Recruitment Collaboration
- Coordinate with other AIM programs and departments, as well as external recruitment partners such as local government units, alumni, and industry partners.
- Relay applicant and enrollee feedback to the academic team to support continuous program improvement.
Sales Data Management and Reporting
- Use the identified CRM platform to record, monitor, and manage recruitment activities.
- Support the conduct of the Last Intake Assessment (LIA) after the close of enrollment.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Technology team to ensure data accuracy and cleanliness.
Sales Administration and Management
- Assist in monitoring the unit’s budget and support the cost-efficient delivery of recruitment and admissions activities.
