The Yale Stock Trading Game offered three AIM students from both the Online MBA (OMBA) and Executive MBA (EMBA) programs a unique chance to connect with peers from around the world and participate in a dynamic learning experience. They honed their skills alongside students from prestigious institutions like EGADE, Fudan University, and Said Oxford University, ultimately achieving impressive rankings and demonstrating their ability to navigate the complexities of the stock market. 

The Master in Innovation and Business students showcased their strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in the LISC Digital Growth Accelerator Program, achieving 3rd place in this challenging competition. The program, a collaboration between Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) Massachusetts and the IXL Center, tasks students with developing innovative solutions for businesses. They competed alongside peers from other renowned institutes, including Cornell, Harvard, and Hult.

Luisito II Sangalang, an Executive MBA (EMBA) student at AIM, joined forces with students from IE Business School and Fudan MIT to win 1st place in the Yale Africa Startup Ecosystem Lab (ASEL) Competition, organized by Yale University.

This international competition challenges students to address real-world issues faced by African startups. Their winning project centered on developing a business proposal for SquadGo, a Nairobi-based startup revolutionizing urban mobility. 

A team of students from the Master in Innovation and Business (MIB) program, known as the “Innovation Movers,” claimed 1st place in the IXL Innovation Olympics Winter Cycle. Organized by the IXL Center and the Global Innovation Management Institute, the competition brought together teams from prestigious universities worldwide, challenging them to showcase exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills in the pursuit of innovation. 

The alumni from Master in Innovation and Business (MIB) proved their business acumen by securing 3rd place in the competitive Somerville SME Accelerator program.

This achievement highlights the lasting impact of the MIB program, as graduates continue to excel in challenging environments. The team showcased their ability to apply their skills in a real-world setting, competing against teams from prestigious institutions like Babson College and Yale University.
