The 90-Second Advantage, delivered by the Asian Institute of Management School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (AIM-SEELL) in partnership with Coach Masters Academy, equips leaders with a practical, repeatable 90-second reset to move from reactivity to clarity before speaking, deciding, or responding. 

Structured as a two-day leadership performance lab with a 30-day integration journey, the program combines experiential learning, coached repetitions, and real-world simulations to help participants strengthen executive presence, communicate without defensiveness, and perform more effectively in high-pressure leadership situations.
