Program Overview

The demands of leadership have evolved. In today’s dynamic business landscape, sustainable success depends not on leaders who provide all the answers, but on those who cultivate thinking, unlock potential, and enable others to succeed. Leading with Impact, delivered by the Asian Institute of Management School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (AIM-SEELL) in partnership with Coach Masters Academy (CMA), reimagines leadership by integrating professional coaching into the way leaders lead every day.  

Rather than relying on traditional command-and-control approaches, participants learn to create environments where learning, accountability, and shared ownership thrive. By transforming how leaders engage with their teams—from directing to facilitating, from instructing to co-creating, and from controlling to empowering—the program equips participants to build stronger teams, elevate performance, and create lasting organizational impact.
