Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
As the world continues to evolve, professionals must be able to navigate fluid, fast-changing environments. This program gives you tools to analyze problems, reduce waste, and improve processes while fostering a mindset of adaptability and resilience. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training will empower participants to respond with clarity and become proactive problem solvers who can bring structure and insight even when conditions continually shift.
Program Overview
Today’s volatile world is ever-challenging, with resource scarcity and a volatile environment brought about by the pandemic, intense competition, and rapidly changing customer, business, and employee behaviors. To survive and navigate through this terrain, a company must rely on the capabilities and skills of its talent pool to solve profitability, growth, and cost issues and problems. The 68-hour AIM Certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (AIM-CLSSGB) is an enhanced version of the traditional Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB). In addition to the core LSSGB knowledge, this program integrates project management and uses the AIM Case Study method to help develop the participants’ critical, creative, and systems thinking toward process improvement initiatives in their organizations.
The program takes you step-by-step through the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology, providing a transparent, data-focused approach to solving problems effectively. Participants will be equipped to:
- Define Phase (Problem Identification): Clearly pinpoint the problem, set project goals, and capture customer needs along with key process steps.
- Measure Phase (Problem Baselining): Collect and analyze baseline data to get an accurate picture of current process performance.
- Analyze Phase (Investigate Root Causes): Use data-driven tools to dive into the root causes of process challenges.
- Improve Phase (Solutions Generation and Implementation): Develop and apply solutions leveraging techniques such as Kaizen events and Mistake Proofing.
- Control Phase (Sustain Results): Implement controls to maintain steady improvements and prevent the process from reverting.
