Mastering Coach-Like Leadership

Transform everyday leadership conversations into opportunities that inspire ownership, expand thinking, and drive high performance.

Program Overview

The most impactful leaders don’t simply provide answers—they cultivate the thinking, confidence, and ownership of the people they lead. Mastering Coach-like Leadership, delivered by the Asian Institute of Management School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (AIM-SEELL) in partnership with Coach Masters Academy (CMA), equips leaders with coaching-oriented competencies that transform everyday conversations into catalysts for learning, accountability, and sustained performance.

Grounded in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies and Coach Masters Academy’s Awareness–Clarity–Choice Framework™, the program enables participants to navigate goal-setting, feedback, development, and problem-solving conversations with greater purpose and impact. Through practical application, coaching practice, and measurable integration, leaders develop the capability to foster stronger ownership, improve collaboration, and create high-performing teams—one conversation at a time.
